Shipping Policy

At Pache Co, we believe thoughtful consumption extends beyond the products we carry to the way they make their way to your doorstep. We're committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and mindful as possible, from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Pache Co is not responsible for carrier-related delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including [Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, if applicable].

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Sustainable Shipping & Packaging

We believe caring for ourselves and the planet should go hand in hand. That's why we're intentional about the materials and methods we use to fulfill your orders.

Whenever possible, we prioritize:

• Recyclable, recycled, and responsibly sourced shipping and packaging materials.

• Minimal, right-sized packaging to help reduce unnecessary waste.

• Reusable or recyclable materials in place of single-use plastics wherever practical.

• Consolidated fulfillment practices to help minimize unnecessary packaging and shipping impacts.

We're continually looking for ways to make our fulfillment practices more environmentally responsible without compromising product quality or the safety of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking procedures.

If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pachecoshop.com and we'll do our best to help investigate.

If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before reaching out.

Pache Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. However, we will work with you to help resolve any issues where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pachecoshop.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate corrections, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Pache Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care to ensure your order arrives safely and accurately. If your package arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@pachecoshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or product, where applicable, so we can assess the issue and make things right.
