Refund policy

Pache Co Return & Exchange Policy

Part of our brand mission is to encourage conscious consumption and reduce waste. At Pache Co, we want you to love everything you buy, so if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window to make it right—either through a refund or store credit.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Products must be in resellable condition and meet hygiene and safety standards

A return must be initiated via email at hello@pachecoshop.com

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the sole discretion of Pache Co LLC. You must provide your order number and reason for return in your email. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Store credit will be issued faster in the form of a Pache Co e-gift card.

Please note: once a return has been submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You’ll need to place a new order if you'd like a replacement or different item.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@pachecoshop.com within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty/wellness products

Perishables such as food or supplements

Gift cards

Items marked "final sale"

If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

Our system does not currently support direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend:

Requesting a return for store credit (processed quickly via e-gift card)

Placing a new order using your credit or refund once issued


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
